I've never been to your new location, any tips?
Our new location inside Tivoli Village provides our customers with a comfortable shopping experience in a convenient location. Tivoli Village offers complimentary valet parking and a large underground parking garage. We recommend parking underground near the escalators... we will be the first store you see upon exiting.

Do you carry any watch brands?
Currently we carry the entire Boccia and Teno Line. Both brands are very unique and are available at excellent prices. You can find both Teno and Boccia watches at teno.com, and then come to the store to find the perfect style and fit. We hope to carry more brands in the future.
I have a design in my mind that I've never seen in any jewelry store, can you help me out?
Absolutely, first thing you should know is we are not just ANY jewelry store... and secondly we are Las Vegas's Custom Jeweler... if we don't have what you are looking for, we can make it.
Where do you get your diamonds?
We have some of the diamond importers in the country who travel the world hand selecting the finest quality diamonds. All of our diamonds are conflict free and are held to the strictest grading standards by our Graduate Gemologists.
I am looking for a nice gift... nothing too expensive, just nice. Can you help me out?
Absolutely, if you plan ahead, we can create a really nice custom gift for just about anyone and design it according to your budget. If you are pressed for time, we have really neat options available from our Metalsmiths Sterling Collection along with Teno and Boccia.

What kind of repairs do you do?
We have been one of the most trusted names in jewelry repairs since we opened our doors. Jeff and our goldsmiths have years of experience and training necessary to tackle just about any project you can throw our way. Our full service lab allows us to do repairs on site and in a timely manner, rings, necklaces, watches, bracelets, or earrings... we repair them all!
My Grandma Ruth left me a diamond I would like to set in an engagement ring for my fiancé, do you do that?
Yes, even if your Grandma's name isn't Ruth we can help you out. Bring in the diamond and any paperwork she may have left with the diamond and we can help you design you dream setting.
