What types of jewelry do you repair?
We work on fine jewelry made from gold (10k+), platinum, palladium, and sterling silver. We don’t repair costume, plated, or mystery metals—those materials don’t hold up well, and we’re here to do it right.
Can you fix my chain/ring/clasp?
Usually, yes. But not every piece is built to be repaired safely. If we examine it and feel like it can’t be fixed the right way, we’ll let you know. If we can’t stand behind the repair, we don’t take it on—and we think that’s a good thing.
Can you repair jewelry I bought somewhere else?
Totally. We don’t care where it came from—as long as it’s made from quality materials and in repairable shape, we’ll take a look and walk you through your options.
How long do repairs take?
Most repairs take about a week. Some are faster, some take a bit more time. We’d rather finish it properly than rush it out and hope for the best.
Do I need an appointment for a repair?
No appointment needed—feel free to stop by. We’ll inspect your piece and let you know what’s possible. We don’t offer same-day repairs, and in some cases, we may need to do a deeper assessment before committing to the work. We believe in doing it right the first time, not rushing through it.
